Free shipping
Shipping is free on every Starhaven Bed delivered within the contiguous United States. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may have an additional shipping fee, which is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We don't ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders usually leave our warehouse within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed.
Pre-orders and waitlist orders
If you order during a pre-order or waitlist release, your estimated ship date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. We'll email you if that date changes.
Tracking your order
We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email hello@starhaven.co as soon as possible. We can usually update it before your order ships, but can't always reroute a package once it's on its way.
Missing or delayed packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, check around your property and with neighbors, then email hello@starhaven.co. We'll work with you and the carrier to sort it out.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email hello@starhaven.co right away (photos help) and we'll make it right. See our Return & Warranty Policy for details.
